Cancellation Policy

Salon Bookings

Your appointments are very important to the Byron Beauty Bar team, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.

When an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss out. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee applies.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Cancellations made with less than 5 hours notice are treated as a no-show.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
• Consultation no-shows are charged $50.
• Group bookings of 3 or more need 2 weeks notice. Less than 2 weeks notice is charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable.

Card on file

To confirm an online booking you store a payment card on file. It is not charged at the time of booking. It is only charged if you miss your appointment or cancel late, in line with this policy.

Reminders and surcharges

We send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Prices are subject to change. Saturdays carry a 10% surcharge and Sundays a 15% surcharge.
